The East Bay Chapter of the

                   InterNational Association of Certified Home Inspectors

has one, primary goal in mind, and that is to improve the quality of home inspections, and home inspectors, in the metropolitan Bay Area.

Even when there is a depressed housing market, there are still over 2,400 houses sold each month, here in the bay area. We expect many more homes to be sold each month, as the market comes back to life.

 

This opportunity has brought many newcomers to the local Home Inspection industry. Some of you have little or no experience in home inspections, while some of you may have been inspecting residential properties for months now, or even years. Of course there are a few of you, who are seasoned inspectors, who have multiple certifications, have attended many workshops, classes and have performed hundreds of home inspections.
