Simpson Strong-Tie - Event Over

These workshops are designed especially for building officials and inspectors interested in learning about proper connections. Our goal is to better educate you on the specifics of today’s connector technology, and to demonstrate to you why there is “NO EQUAL” to Simpson Strong-Tie products. During this full day workshop, we will show you from concept to production, how we develop and manufacture our products.
These workshops will present detailed information on Strong-Tie products for wood framed construction. Special attention is given to the changing building codes and insurance issues. Simpson Anchor Systems will be covered. The plated truss industry and engineered wood products will also be highlighted. We will also review innovative new products for light gauge steel construction and new software offerings. The workshop will include a tour of our Stockton or Kent plants.
Of even greater value, perhaps is that our workshops afford the opportunity for you and the Simpson Strong-Tie staff to exchange ideas. Many new products and improvements have developed from such communication, so bring your questions and challenges. By the end of the workshop, you will have seen the very latest developments in the world of structural connectors and will leave with a new understanding of the value of specifying Simpson Strong-Tie.
