Hi John;
Last week I sent out some emails and I did receive some information back from home inspectors on what they are currently paying, there current limits of liablity, and there claim expereince for the past five years. Several of the home inspectors said they would pass on the information to other home inspectors. I was wondering. Do you know of two or three presidents or coordinators with Nachi state of local community chapters that you could contact and let them know the steps being taken to bring the E&O insurance down to the $1,000 range and ask them to send out an email to there local members. The information needed is included in the attachment. I spoke with a home inspector in Arkansas last Friday and he thought it was about time that some one get the E&O lowered. What is being done is know different than AARP or AAA autmobile. Thanks for your time.
